I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities! The room had a fridge, which is a rarity for budget hotels, and the coffee bar provided 24/7 access to caffeine. It was exactly what we needed after a long trip!

I stayed for 4 nights in a Standard King Room Non-Smoking. Garnet at the front desk was excellent and super polite. The coffee bar was conveniently located, and bathrooms were well-kept. The whole place was tidy and felt cute. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience! 😊

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's attentiveness during my stay at Red Roof Inn Charleston, Dunbar. The front desk helped me quickly settle in, and the room was clean, with a good water pressure in the shower, which I appreciated.

after the extreme rudeness I encountered, I suffered through mysterious clicking noises and a front desk lady who seemed entirely incompetent. It was absolutely unbelievable that I wasn't offered a complimentary upgrade for what I endured. Honestly, almost left a good review but just couldn’t. Really sets a low bar for 'hospitality'.
